1. FAQs

1.1. How to Login

Eagle Eye is now connected to your Brentwood Email through Blackbaud K-12 Education Management! You will now be able to sign into Eagle Eye using your BWS Google account; it will no longer be a separate login.

If you are a student, faculty or staff member, just sign in with your full Brentwood email. Follow this Knowledgebase for step-by-step instructions!

Parents do not have bwscampus.com logins and will continue to log in with their username and password.

Students who need a password reset can reach out to Helpdesk by submitting a request on help.bwscampus.com.

Faculty and Staff can reset their own passwords by following this Knowledgebase.

1.2. How to Login - Step by Step Guide

1. Visit bwscampus.onelogin.com on Chrome

2. Type in your full BWS email address

3. Type in your BWS email password

4. Click on Brentwood Website to visit Eagle Eye

5. Click on Login 

6. Under Username, type in your full BWS email address

Note: if your old username is automatically filled in, make sure to update it by checking off Remember Me.

7. Click Continue

Note: this screen will only appear when you first sign into Eagle Eye with your BWS email

8. You are in!

1.3. Email Notifications

To set up email notifications from Eagle Eye: 

 

Step 1) Please click on your name on the top right hand corner:

 

 

Step 2) On the drop down menu, click on Settings:


 

 

Step 3) Click on Notifications on the left side and then you will see the following screen: 

 

From here you will be able to select what notifications you want to receive to your email. 

*Please ensure that your email is entered under email address*

 

 

 

 

1.4. Clear saved logins in Safari

If you have mutiple users logging in to Eagle Eye on your Mac at home, you may find your login is suddenly not accepted. If you use the Safari Web Browser, try this before you request a password change:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. In the upper right, click on the Safari Menu and choose Preferences.
  3. In the preferences windows, select the Passwords Tab.
  4. Remove any entries with bwscampus.com in the name.
