1.1. Event Process
When requesting support for an event, please
submit your requests 72 hours in advance so we can guarantee tech
support. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we’re unable to
guarantee support for requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance. If you
need immediate support for an event, you may still submit a request and our
team will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.
Some of the services available for these events include: audio/video/visuals check, laptop connections and providing loaner laptop(s) for the event.
If you require additional support such as sound, microphones, furniture or help to book a space, please contact Facilities. If you are on campus, please contact dial 1234 extension 2 for Facilities.
