In a web browser, Go to bwscampus.zoom.us; Click Sign In; If prompted, choose SSO; Continue with your Brentwood email

To set up your pin code to access your voicemail 

  1. Go to bwscampus.zoom.us  and log in.
  2. Go to the “Phone” on the left hand side
  3. In the settings, scroll until you come to “Pin Code” 
  4. Click edit to to customize your code 

To access your voicemail on your desk phone, click the “Message” button and wait till prompted to enter your pin code. 

 

To set your personal greeting, access your voicemail, and press 2 and follow the instructions to set up your greeting.

In the app, click on your initial in the top right corner. Then click on “Sign out”. You will then need to log in the normal way with SSO.

How to enable call control:

 

  1. In your web browser, go to https://bwscampus.zoom.us/
  2. Sign in with your BWS credentials
  3. Select Phone on the sidebar menu to the left



  4. Select the Settings tab at the top and scroll down to the Desk Phone(s) Section
  5. Enable the option to “Allow Call Control From Client”



  6. Next, you’ll need to open and sign in to the Zoom desktop App on your laptop/computer.
  7. Go to the Phone tab
  8. In the top right corner of the dial pad screen, click the small phone icon under your profile picture and click the slider to turn the feature on.



  9. On your desktop phone, you’ll receive a message on screen to “Allow Remote Control?”  Press the button underneath OK. 

     

    **Please note this message will remain on screen for approximately 10 seconds and then disappear if not accepted.  You’ll then need to go back to the previous step and enable the option again.**
